Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager who can oversee and drive execution across multiple marketing initiatives for our clients. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, SEO, automation, and project management.
You will work directly with clients to coordinate marketing projects such as website development, funnel optimization, SEO initiatives, and marketing automation programs. The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing multiple hats across marketing and can proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and marketing outcomes.
This role requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate marketing strategy into actionable project plans.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Project Management
- Manage multiple client marketing projects including website builds, funnel development, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders across design, development, and marketing teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with client goals and marketing strategy.
- Track project progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
Client-Facing Communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on marketing project execution.
- Translate client requirements into clear project scopes and actionable tasks.
- Present updates, insights, and recommendations to clients.
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Support the execution of B2B SaaS marketing strategies, including inbound marketing, lead generation, and funnel optimization.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance through data, experimentation, and automation.
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaign execution and optimization.
SEO & Website Optimization
- Oversee SEO initiatives including keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO improvements.
- Work closely with development teams on Webflow-based websites and landing pages.
- Monitor SEO performance and recommend improvements.
Marketing Automation & Analytics
- Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows.
- Utilize marketing platforms to support lead generation and nurturing.
- Track campaign performance and report insights using analytics tools.
Tools & Platforms
Experience with the following tools is highly preferred:
- Webflow
- HubSpot
- 6sense
- Marketo
- Ahrefs
- Figma
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- A/B Testing Platforms: Optimizely, VWO
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, SEO, or digital marketing project management
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or marketing agency environments
- Strong understanding of SEO, marketing funnels, and inbound marketing
- Experience managing client-facing marketing projects
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Background:
- Experience working with website development and funnel optimization projects
- Exposure to US-based clients or experience working in US markets
- Experience managing cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and development
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and proactively recommend improvements
