Responsibilities:
- Strategic PR Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement integrated PR strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.
- Create and manage annual PR plans and budgets.
- Identify and leverage emerging PR trends and technologies.
- Media Relations & Content Creation:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers.
- Proactively pitch media outlets and secure positive media coverage.
- Craft compelling press releases, media kits, bylined articles, and other PR materials.
- Manage and respond to media inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Influencer Marketing & KOL Engagement:
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with relevant key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns to amplify brand messaging.
- Measure the ROI of influencer campaigns.
- Reputation Management & Crisis Communication:
- Monitor media coverage and online sentiment to identify potential reputation risks.
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans and protocols.
- Proactively manage online reviews and social media mentions.
- Content Strategy & Digital PR:
- Collaborate with content marketing teams to develop integrated content strategies.
- Utilize social media and digital platforms to disseminate PR messages and engage audiences.
- Optimize PR content for search engines (SEO).
- Performance Measurement & Reporting:
- Track and analyze PR campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
- Prepare regular reports on PR activities and results.
- Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Partnerships & Sponsorships:
- Evaluate and manage partnership and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility.
- Build relationships with thought leaders and industry associations.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in public relations, specifically in Ecommerce, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital media landscapes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing and KOL management.
- Experience in crisis communication and reputation management.
- Proficiency in using PR measurement and analytics tools.
- Strong social media and digital marketing knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to be a company spokesperson.
- Experience with SEO principles.

- Experience with video content creation and distribution.
