Job Description
Senior Affiliate Manager
We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Affiliate Manager to take ownership of high-impact client portfolios and scale performance through smart strategy, strong relationships, and hands-on execution. You’ll lead affiliate programs end-to-end setting direction, optimizing performance, and mentoring a team to deliver measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Own affiliate strategy: Build and evolve tailored plans aligned to client goals, KPIs, and growth targets
- Lead execution: Run day-to-day program operations, campaigns, and optimizations
- Deliver results: Analyze performance, forecast outcomes, and continuously improve ROI
- Grow partnerships: Recruit, activate, and negotiate with top-tier affiliates to unlock new revenue
- Advise clients: Present insights, influence decisions, and secure buy-in from key stakeholders
- Strengthen programs: Drive acquisition and retention initiatives across the affiliate channel
- Ensure excellence: Oversee reporting, budgets, compliance, and promotional execution
- Lead meetings: Run client reviews and strategy sessions to maintain satisfaction and retention
- Solve problems: Act as escalation point for client, partner, and program issues
Leadership
- Manage and mentor Account Managers and Coordinators
- Conduct performance check-ins, coaching, and development planning
- Foster a high-performing, accountable team environment
