While the Supercell Creator Program serves a massive global ecosystem, Hay Day exists in a league of its own, rooted in the flourishing culture of Cozy Gaming.As our Hay Day Creator Manager, you will be the protagonist of this program’s evolution, acting as the bridge between Supercell’s strategy and the creators who turn virtual farms into digital art. Your mission is to move beyond traditional gaming metrics and build a bespoke home for aesthetic storytelling, providing the specific tools and mentorship that this unique community craves. You will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and scaling high-quality talent, ensuring that the Hay Day creator ecosystem reflects the charm, quality, and creativity of the game itself.This position is for a full-time role at AMG, specifically dedicated to supporting our long-term partner, Supercell. While you will be deeply embedded in the Hay Day ecosystem and collaborate closely with Supercell’s internal teams, your official contract will be with AMG. We pride ourselves on being the strategic bridge between world-class game studios and their creator communities.Responsibilities & DutiesCreators Advocacy & Creative DirectionPrimary Point of Contact: Serve as the main bridge between Supercell game team and the Hay Day creator community, managing all communication channels (Discord/Slack) with professionalism and speed.Aesthetic Mentorship: Provide creative guidance on visual storytelling, farm layouts, social media strategy, and "Cozy Gaming" trends to elevate content quality across the program.Content Enablement: Plan and distribute early access content, sneak peeks, and exclusive "Cozy" assets (aesthetic kits, decor previews) to empower creators.Talent Growth & Lifecycle ManagementStrategic Scouting: Identify and recruit emerging talent from YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, focusing on creators who align with Hay Day vibes.Quality Control: Manage the full creator lifecycle within Supercell Creator Program: from daily application reviews and onboarding to conducting performance audits and managing offboarding for those not meeting quality standards.Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of content creation trends and "Cozy" community shifts to inform outreach and program evolution.Creator Education & PerformanceHigh-Impact Mentorship:Track creator progress via KPIs when possible, providing weekly guidance and educational resources to nurture the next generation of Hay Day stars.Compliance & Moderation: Ensure all creator content aligns with Supercell’s guidelines and community standards.Product Knowledge: Master internal systems and game updates to ensure creators are always informed and ready to create.Strategy & Ecosystem IntegrationSupercell Alignment: Act as the internal advocate for Hay Day creators within AMG and Supercell, ensuring global initiatives are adapted to the "Cozy" audience's pace and style.Revenue Strategy: Drive creator and program growth by optimizing the creator economy (use of Creator Codes, promoting Supercell Store initiatives, etc.).Operational Excellence: Design and maintain efficient workflows, report to AMG and Supercell, attend strategic meetings, and proactively resolve issues to ensure a seamless partner experience.QualificationsProven ability to build and maintain positive relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Deep understanding of the Cozy Gaming subculture and its community dynamics.Expertise in content creation with the ability to teach, guide, and mentor content creators effectively (advantageous).Experience in conflict resolution or 'difficult conversations' (essential for managing program exits).Skill or progress on personal Hay Day account (advantageous).High degree of accountability and ownership. Proactive mentality. Ability to inspire and encourage others.A keen eye for visual design and content aesthetics. Prior experience in task management in similar roles.The successful candidate will not only meet these qualifications, but they will also bring enthusiasm, dedication, and innovative thinking to our team.
