Senior Director, Corporate Partnerships

• In cooperation with the Vice President of Advancement, develop and implement a national corporate sponsorship strategy
• Secure and steward five- to seven-figure and multi-year corporate partnerships
• Expand national corporate sponsorships, other pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and other cause marketing partnerships
• Manage and mentor a team of corporate fundraising professionals
• Meet and exceed annual corporate revenue goals
• Collaborate across departments to execute partnership deliverables
• Track pipeline, revenue performance, and corporate engagement in Salesforce
• Serve as a strategic advisor on corporate fundraising best practice

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Seven or more years of progressive fundraising experience with significant corporate partnership development
• Proven success securing and growing corporate sponsorships
• Experience managing fundraising staff and driving team performance
• Strong business acumen and ability to engage corporate executives
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Willingness to travel (approximately 15-20%)

PAY TRANSPARENCY:
The ALS Association’s pay range for this position is $128,000 - $134,000 annually.

The ALS Association has compensation ranges for various work locations throughout the United States, allowing us to compensate employees competitively and consistently in diverse geographic markets. The above-listed listed range shows prospective compensation for this role; the appropriate range will be established by what is eventually determined to be the candidate's primary work location. Various factors, including the complexity and significance of the role, job duties/requirements, relevant experience and abilities, and primary work location, determine individual compensation. Compensation ranges are evaluated and typically adjusted on a regular basis. Offers are made within the compensation range that is in effect at the time of the job offer.

The Association may, at its discretion, offer merit-based increases tied to individual performance. The benefits listed may differ depending on employment status with the Association.
