Job Description
The ALS Association is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships to lead and grow national corporate partnerships in support of our mission to make ALS livable and cure it. Reporting to the Vice President of Advancement, this senior leader will develop and execute a comprehensive corporate sponsorship strategy, secure five- to seven-figure partnerships, and manage a high-performing team of corporate fundraisers. The role carries a portfolio of key corporate accounts and is responsible for building a strong pipeline of sustainable corporate revenue. This position works cross-functionally with development, marketing, mission, and field leadership teams to align corporate engagement with strategic priorities and maximize impact.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- In cooperation with the Vice President of Advancement, develop and implement a national corporate sponsorship strategy
- Secure and steward five- to seven-figure and multi-year corporate partnerships
- Expand national corporate sponsorships, other pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and other cause marketing partnerships
- Manage and mentor a team of corporate fundraising professionals
- Meet and exceed annual corporate revenue goals
- Collaborate across departments to execute partnership deliverables
- Track pipeline, revenue performance, and corporate engagement in Salesforce
- Serve as a strategic advisor on corporate fundraising best practice
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Seven or more years of progressive fundraising experience with significant corporate partnership development
- Proven success securing and growing corporate sponsorships
- Experience managing fundraising staff and driving team performance
- Strong business acumen and ability to engage corporate executives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Willingness to travel (approximately 15-20%)

PAY TRANSPARENCY:
The ALS Association’s pay range for this position is $128,000 - $134,000 annually.
The ALS Association has compensation ranges for various work locations throughout the United States, allowing us to compensate employees competitively and consistently in diverse geographic markets. The above-listed listed range shows prospective compensation for this role; the appropriate range will be established by what is eventually determined to be the candidate's primary work location. Various factors, including the complexity and significance of the role, job duties/requirements, relevant experience and abilities, and primary work location, determine individual compensation. Compensation ranges are evaluated and typically adjusted on a regular basis. Offers are made within the compensation range that is in effect at the time of the job offer.
The Association may, at its discretion, offer merit-based increases tied to individual performance. The benefits listed may differ depending on employment status with the Association.
