About You

The Senior Manager, Brand Marketing (Women’s Hair) works with cross functional team members to develop, deliver and optimize branded consumer campaigns and communications for Women’s Hair.

A successful Senior Brand Marketing Manager is consumer-centric, and is able to marry brand excellence with performance requirements, while balancing business priorities. This role will serve as a Women’s Hair brand expert within the organization and report into the Director of Brand Marketing - Women’s Hair. They will work extremely closely with all departments within marketing. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Director of Brand Marketing to develop and maintain Women’s marketing calendar. Translating the brand strategy, positioning, architecture, visual identity, etc. into integrated marketing plans and consumer experiences
  • Responsible for understanding and reaching Women’s business needs and aligning and updating Women’s marketing calendar to deliver on both brand and business priorities
  • Support the brand strategy, direction, development and optimization of evergreen marketing in collaboration with cross functional partners that supports across all consumer marketing channels (growth, retention, Nutrafol.com, Amazon)
  • Lead campaign development and go-to-market execution for our brand marketing efforts (brand, product launches, etc). Partner with internal creative services team and/or external agencies on brand campaign creative strategy, campaign concepting, production, editing, and approvals
  • Responsible for understanding and quantifying impact of Women’s brand marketing initiatives on brand and business goals
  • Have a deep understanding of the Women’s customer and act as the internal advocate for aligning our brand with customer needs
  • Partner with the Senior Director of Brand Strategy & Insights to develop insights and learning roadmaps
  • Craft creative briefs that unlock consumer insights and drive the development of best-in-class creative
  • Champion the brand and customer at all times, with an innate ability to translate brand and product storytelling in a way that resonates with our audience
  • Proactively pitch brand initiatives to drive better awareness, favorability, conversion and advocacy of Nutrafol Women’s
  • Manage individual project budgets
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously leading cross functional stakeholders
  • Create strong relationships and build trust with cross-functional teams and leadership
  • Manage team members, delegate work, and provide support to ensure project success on all Women’s Hair initiatives 

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in brand marketing
  • Experience working at eCommerce driven brands and/or agencies; DTC/Wellness experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience leading and managing a team with at least one direct report is preferred 
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills
  • Love of all things brand and high attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to multitask
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive
  • Positive attitude and ability to manage change, thrive in a fast-paced environment, work through ambiguity, and prioritize projects based on business needs
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.

Salary Range:

$120,000 - $130,000 USD
