The VP, People – Advisory plays a critical role in shaping and driving the people strategy across the Advisory business. Partnering closely with the President - Advisory and serving as a member of both the Advisory Leadership Team and the People Leadership Team, this role ensures alignment of people priorities with business objectives. The role will champion a culture where everyone has the opportunity to thrive, strengthening leadership capability, enabling high performance, and ensuring Advisory attracts, retains, and develops top talent to deliver for our clients and patients.

What you'll do
- Serve as trusted advisor and strategic partner to the President, Advisory, shaping and executing the
- Advisory people agenda in alignment with global People strategy.
- Act as a core member of the Advisory Leadership Team, embedding the people strategy into all aspects of business planning and delivery and partnering closely with the leadership team.
- Partner with the Chief People Officer and People Leadership team to shape the People strategy and translate it into executable programs ensuring consistency while tailoring solutions to Advisory’s needs.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and skill building to ensure Advisory is structured for growth and innovation.
- Drive leadership development, succession planning, and talent pipelines to enable sustainable performance and hiring.
- Champion DE&I, ensuring diverse talent thrives within Advisory – partnering closely with the CPO on the DE&I strategy, ensuring it lands in the business
- Oversee performance management (Career Conversations), reward (salary review, bonus, commission, benchmarking), and recognition practices that reinforce high performance, retention and accountability.
- Partner with Finance and Operations to provide strategic insight on workforce trends and external market practices to influence business decisions
- Collaborate with Internal Communications to develop messaging that energizes, informs, and aligns employees
- Track and report on key People KPIs to measure the key trends, employee experience, engagement, and organizational health to influence the People priorities
- Stay ahead of external trends in workforce evolution, AI, and organizational development, applying insights to proactively shape our internal People strategy.
- Lead a team of People Partners ensuring support, mentorship and development
Your background
- Significant experience in senior People leadership roles within complex, global organizations, ideally professional services, consulting, and/or healthcare.
- Experience supporting Advisory capabilities, Consulting Services, Legal Firms, in the Health Space and/or Life Sciences is highly desired
- Proven success partnering with CEO/Presidents and business leaders to design and deliver people strategies that drive measurable business impact.
- Demonstrated track record in organizational design, talent strategy, leadership development, and cultural transformation.
- Strong knowledge of global People practices, employment trends, and regulatory frameworks.
- Executive presence, excellent communication, and the ability to influence at C-Suite.
