Job Description
We are seeking a Fractional Growth Marketer (Google Ads) to own and scale our paid search acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for a hands-on growth marketer who has built Google Ads accounts from the ground up, launched and optimized high-performing campaigns, and successfully acquired customers in the U.S. market.
You will be responsible for driving measurable growth through strategy, execution, and continuous optimization, working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and structure Google Ads accounts from scratch, including campaign architecture, keyword strategy, and conversion tracking
- Launch, manage, and optimize Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns
- Develop acquisition strategies focused on U.S.-based audiences and aligned with business objectives
- Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, keywords, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve ROAS and reduce CAC
- Monitor performance daily and identify opportunities for scaling and efficiency improvements
- Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate with leadership, creative, and web teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong conversion paths
- Set up and maintain accurate tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion pixels
- Deliver concise weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Google Ads accounts
- Proven experience building Google Ads accounts and campaigns from the ground up
- Demonstrated success acquiring customers in the U.S. market
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Highly analytical, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fractional capacity
- Experience working with startups, DTC brands, or growth-stage companies
Nice to Have
- Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or lead-generation businesses
- Familiarity with CRO principles and landing page optimization
- Experience collaborating with fully remote and cross-functional teams
