This team acts as the operational hub between our Creative Houses, who define brand and campaign strategy, and our cross-functional experts, such as media, shopper marketing, and social media. You’ll ensure rigorous global planning and the seamless delivery of campaigns and related content on time, on budget, and at scale.Reporting to the Head of Campaign Content Operations, you’ll drive visibility, structure, budget efficiency, and operational excellence across end-to-end campaign production. You’ll lead a team of Campaign Program Managers aligned to specific franchises and partner with senior franchise stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign execution, strong coordination, and timely asset delivery.What you’ll doDefine the vision, priorities, and operating model for the Campaign Program Management teamBuild, mentor, and develop a team of Campaign Program Managers supporting specific franchisesBuild and maintain complex campaign timelines and milestone plans with interdependent deliverablesIdentify delivery risks early, define mitigation plans, and remove roadblocks to keep campaigns on trackOwn and evolve governance for campaign planning, budgeting, orchestration, and cross-functional collaborationDrive adoption of shared tools, standardized processes, and unified planning frameworks across teamsEstablish clear documentation standards, including accessible briefs, trackers, and delivery records across phasesFacilitate cross-team rituals such as kickoffs, reviews, and postmortems to improve alignment and decision-makingAlign stakeholders on scope, resourcing, and prioritization tradeoffs across franchises and cross-functional needsMonitor delivery and financial health through dashboards and planning reviews, and share learnings and best practices with leadershipQualificationsWhat you bring to the teamDemonstrated background in program management, marketing operations, or creative operations with people leadership responsibilitiesProven ability to manage complex, matrixed environments and cross-functional dependenciesExperience building and running timeline and milestone management, including multi-stream delivery with attention to detailAbility to lead risk management and structured problem solving, including proactive escalation and mitigation planningStrong capability in stakeholder management, facilitation, and clear communication to align teams with different prioritiesPractical understanding of the campaign lifecycle, from briefing through delivery and postmortemWorking knowledge of content and asset management, including version control, asset readiness, naming conventions, and specsProficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and internal platforms as applicableAdditional InformationUbisoft's perks💰 Profit Sharing, yearly company saving plan. 25 paid time off + 12 additional paid days off. 50% of your transportation pass is paid by the company, lunch vouchers (9€/day), healthcare for you and your family, and lots of Ubisoft additional perks. 👶 Maternity leaves of 20 weeks, paternity/co-parental leaves of 7 weeks. 📍 Our office is located in Saint Mandé, (Metro line 1, Saint Mandé station).
