Position: Influencer & Affiliate Manager
Working Hours: M–F PST

A fast-growing consumer brand expanding its reach through influencer marketing and affiliate partnerships to drive scalable revenue.

Scope of the Role

Own and grow the influencer and affiliate program, focusing on partnerships that drive measurable performance and long-term brand value.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage influencers and affiliates
  • Build and maintain strong creator relationships
  • Track performance, commissions, and ROI
  • Develop scalable affiliate strategies
  • Coordinate gifting, contracts, and campaign timelines
  • Identify new growth opportunities within influencer and affiliate channels

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing influencer and/or affiliate programs
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Performance-oriented mindset
  • Experience working with consumer or DTC brands
  • Highly organised and proactive
  • Have built an Influencer and affiliate program from 0
