Job Description

GrowthAssistant is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Klaviyo Email Marketing Specialist. The role involves leading end-to-end email campaign execution—including testing, QA, deployment, and performance tracking—across batch sends, automated journeys, and behaviorally triggered flows, ensuring high deliverability and engagement. Collaborated cross-functionally to drive continuous optimization through A/B testing, segmentation, and dynamic content, while supporting broader marketing and customer experience initiatives.

The Role
  • Build, test, QA, deploy, and monitor all email campaigns, including batch sends, behaviorally triggered messages, and automated lifecycle journeys across key customer segments.
  • Set up and run experiments and A/B tests across campaigns and flows to continuously improve engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Manage the full email production workflow—from audience segmentation to creative QA to deployment—in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Track and optimize email performance on a campaign and journey level; identify trends and surface actionable insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Serve as a key player in cross-functional testing initiatives, supporting “test & learn” strategies across the broader marketing team.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to troubleshoot deliverability, list integrity, and related issues that impact customer experience.
  • Manage on-site forms/popups (targeting, triggers, frequency capping), incentives, and double opt-in where appropriate.
  • Configure dynamic content blocks and conditional logic within campaigns to improve relevance and personalization.
  • Leverage segmentation tools and filters within platforms like Klaviyo to build targeted lists based on user behavior, lifecycle stage, and other attributes.
  • Deliver / own regular email performance reporting with historical comparisons, channel benchmarks, and recommendations based on insights.
  • Support creative/layout needs by selecting images, formatting text, and ensuring the final look and feel aligns with brand standards (with training provided as needed).
  • When time permits, contribute to non-email tasks that are SOP-driven or can be easily trained.

The Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in hands-on email marketing execution, ideally in a fast-paced agency or DTC e-commerce environment.
  • Expertise in tools like Klaviyo (or similar platforms) for campaign setup, journey building, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience creating and launching A/B tests and reporting on their impact.
  • Strong understanding of key performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rate, deliverability, etc.) and how to use them to optimize campaigns.
  • Experience reporting on these metrics, ideally in Google Analytics, and quick ability to learn Google Analytics reporting structure if no prior experience in the tool
  • Comfortable creating audience segments using platform-based filters, conditions, and custom attributes.
  • Creative eye for email layout best practices, with ability to make basic formatting choices (e.g., image selection, layout balance)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and proven ability to QA work thoroughly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proactive mindset and comfort navigating ambiguity and new challenges.
  • Fluent written and spoken English; confident communicator who can clearly explain performance trends and next steps.
  • Must be available to work US  business hours.

Nice to Have
  • DTC or e-commerce specific experience
  • Google Analytics experience preferred, or willingness to train into it if background includes similar reporting/metrics platforms.
  • Experience building and launching SMS campaigns within platforms like Klaviyo or Postscript.
  • Familiarity with list growth tactics such as lead capture forms, popups, incentives, and opt-in flows.
  • Past exposure to managing or scaling email & SMS sign-up flows across multiple touchpoints (website, landing pages, checkout, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for making light edits and resolving formatting issues in email content.
 

Compensation Range: ₱60,000 to ₱85,000/month
