Role Overview

We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Executive who lives and breathes marketing automation. You’ll own our lifecycle marketing engine, building, executing, and optimising automated customer journeys that activate, retain, and grow our user base at scale.


Responsibilities

  • Design and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and SMS throughout the full customer lifecycle.
  • Build, manage, and optimise automated journeys using our CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Segment audiences based on behaviour, demographics, and product usage to deliver personalised and relevant messaging.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continually optimise campaigns for open rates, CTR, conversion, and retention.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data, and Country teams to align messaging with product launches and key milestones.
  • Monitor campaign performance and present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.


Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Braze, CleverTap, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or equivalent tools.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different audiences and markets.
  • Analytical mindset with confidence in interpreting data and drawing actionable conclusions.
  • Understanding of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy best practices.


Nice to Have

  • Experience within a fintech, crypto, or consumer tech environment.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template customisation.
