Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Channel, Brand, and Regional Marketing teams to bring competitive, market-relevant products to market. Drive go-to-market planning, market analysis, campaigns, promotions, and stakeholder alignment to grow revenue, adoption, and market share.Overseeing the strategic direction and performance of Razer’s Productivity & Speaker product linesDriving growth and innovation across Razer’s Productivity & Speaker portfoliosDrive product roadmaps, product lifecycle, pricing and launch process to ensure that we increase our leadership and market share positionDevelop and implement marketing plans, ensuring achievement of company and brand objectivesConduct and run competitive benchmarking and product comparisonWork with product developers to ensure products are relevant to the market and feature-sets are comparable to othersCoordinate cross-group initiatives with internal stakeholders such as Sales, and Channel Marketing teamsResponsible for developing and implementing activities such as promotions and go-to-market for product launchesContent & Campaign Development: Collaborate with creative, digital, and social teams to produce engaging content across web, email, video, and social platformsPre-Requisites :Degree in Marketing or Business with minimally 6-10 years progressive experience in product marketing, preferably within consumer electronics spaceGood business acumen, sales-focused, responsive, creative, strategic, proactive, and hands-on, with the ability to translate data and insights into strategy and action plansStrong leadership skills with track record in building and managing a high performing teamStrong budget management and reporting skillsStrong stakeholder management skills and strong presentation, high attention to detail, written and verbal communications skills.
