Job Description
As Marketing Manager at Forwood, you’ll play a critical role in how our life-saving technology is understood, adopted, and championed in the real world.
Working closely with our Product Marketing Lead, you’ll take clear positioning, customer research, and strategic direction and turn it into high-quality, high-impact content that helps customers act, enables sales teams to win, and supports partners to advocate confidently for our solutions.
This is a role for someone who loves making strategy real. You’ll spend your time building, refining, and shipping content like sales enablement, customer communications, training resources, launch assets and more; all with an eye for clarity, consistency, and results.
Your work will directly influence how quickly fatality-prevention technology reaches the workers who need it most. If you get energy from shipping meaningful work and seeing it make a tangible difference, you’ll feel right at home here.
Who This Role Is For
This role is well suited to someone who thrives in execution-focused work and takes pride in craft, momentum, and follow-through.
You excel at taking strong direction and transforming it into polished, effective content. You enjoy owning delivery end-to-end, moving work forward independently, and collaborating closely with others to make sure what ships is accurate, on-message, and genuinely useful.
If you love seeing your work out in the world, put into action by sales teams, read by customers, and measured by outcomes, this role will play to your strengths.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for turning strategy and insight into content that supports Forwood’s go-to-market motion and customer adoption. Your work will include:
- Transforming product positioning and customer research into sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, battlecards, FAQs, pitch decks, and competitive positioning docs
- Creating customer communication programs that drive understanding, confidence, and adoption
- Building training content and resources that help sales teams understand and sell our solutions effectively
- Supporting go-to-market initiatives with complete content suites, from launch emails and sales scripts to migration FAQs
- Maintaining consistency in messaging, tone, and quality across all customer touchpoints
- Tracking content performance and using data to refine messaging, formats, and approaches over time
- Partnering with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to surface insights and translate them into clear, usable content
What Your Typical Week Might Look Like
- Turning recent customer interviews into messaging for an upcoming product launch
- Drafting sales enablement one-pagers, battlecards, or a migration FAQ
- Writing or refining a customer email sequence to support adoption
- Building or updating a sales training module based on new product capabilities
- Reviewing performance data from recent campaigns and iterating on what’s already in market
You’ll ship frequently, iterate thoughtfully, and see your work quickly put to use.
What You Bring
- Around 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing or a similar content-heavy role
- Exceptional writing skills, with the ability to make complex, technical concepts clear, compelling, and actionable
- Comfort working from clear briefs and shipping strong first drafts quickly, then refining based on feedback and results
- The ability to own execution end-to-end once direction is set, while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners
- A strong eye for detail and consistency, catching gaps, inconsistencies, and small issues before they ship
- A data-informed mindset: you care about outcomes, measure what’s working, and adjust accordingly
Bonus Points
- Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives or product launches
- Background creating sales enablement or training content
- Experience synthesising customer insights into messaging
- Familiarity with complex industries such as mining, construction, utilities, or safety
- Motivation to work on products that have a real impact on keeping people safe
A Note on Applying
We know great candidates don’t always tick every box. If this role excites you and you can see yourself doing this work well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn’t match every requirement exactly.
