Role: Marketing Manager
Location: Mumbai, India
About the role:
In this role, you will be the expert on our users and the market. You'll use these insights to develop, launch, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and retention. A key part of your role is to act as the user's champion, collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure our product roadmap meets their needs.
What you will be doing:
- Be the expert on our users and the competitive landscape: Lead comprehensive market analysis, user research, and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy, messaging, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop compelling marketing campaigns to acquire and retain users: This includes developing the marketing strategy, core messaging, and creative assets for multi-channel campaigns.
- Measure and optimize for success: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives and regularly report on their efficacy. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Champion the user's voice: Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to evaluate and prioritize product and feature improvements that better meet user needs. Ensure product readiness for launch and effectively communicate new developments to our user base.
What you need to be great in this role:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e., B2C marketing, growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social)
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
