Sprint With Sprinters

At Sprinto, your work has purpose — and your life has space. We are a workplace where you’re empowered to execute on your most ambitious ideas and deliver your best output in a fast-paced, innovative, and supportive environment.

Joining Sprinto means you will never run alone; you will always have the freedom to take your shot and the support to go farther than you imagined.

What The Role Involves?

This is not a “make slides and disappear” internship. As a Marketing Operations Intern, you’ll work closely with the marketing team to support day-to-day execution, build systems, and improve how marketing runs at scale. This is a hands-on role where you’ll get real exposure to marketing ops, tools, and processes  and real ownership from day one. If you’re curious, proactive, and enjoy figuring out how things work behind the scenes, you’ll do well here.

What Your Impact Will Look Like:

    • Support daily BAU and ad-hoc tasks in HubSpot CRM
    • Assist with marketing campaigns, launches, and community initiatives
    • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track marketing funnel performance
    • Create and manage ops systems, trackers, and workflows
    • Conduct research, follow-ups, and execution support across initiatives
    • Help turn ideas into execution, not just documentation

What You’ll Bring To The Team:

    • Strong curiosity and willingness to learn
    • Ability to take ownership without constant supervision
    • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with changing priorities
    • Interest in marketing, operations, systems, or startups
    • Comfortable working across both creative and analytical tasks
    • Nice to have:
    • Prior exposure to HubSpot or other CRMs
    • Background in tech or familiarity with SaaS tools
    • Enjoyment in organising messy processes into clean systems

How We Care For Our Sprinters:

    • Work wherever you are: We’re 100% remote, so you get to choose if you want to work from home, cafe, hills or beaches.
    • An Ambitious Stipend!

At Sprinto, we are passionate about inclusivity and making sure our entire recruitment process is accessible to everyone. Please share your request for reasonable accommodations at any stage of the application or interview process; we want to ensure everyone feels heard and seen.
