We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Marketing Manager to join the team behind Disney Speedstorm.This is a highly collaborative and strategic role where you will help drive the execution of the game’s yearly marketing plan, developing impactful campaigns and activations to support player engagement, retention, and growth.You will work closely with the Marketing Director, internal development teams, Disney stakeholders, and external partners to shape and execute creative marketing initiatives aligned with the game’s strategy and brand identity.Main ResponsibilitiesHelp shape the long-term brand strategy for Disney Speedstorm together with the Marketing DirectorDrive and execute marketing activations aligned with the game’s objectives and KPIsDevelop creative marketing concepts and campaigns supported by data and performance insightsManage the creation of promotional assets such as trailers, screenshots, web assets, and store materialsCollaborate with Disney marketing teams to coordinate and support marketing activitiesIdentify and develop promotional opportunities with external partners and platformsWork closely with development teams to support marketing opportunities both inside and outside the gameAnalyze campaign performance and provide postmortem insights and recommendationsCollaborate with Community, ASO, UA, Press, and Market Insights teams to maximize campaign impactRequirements3+ years of experience in consumer marketing, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or online productsStrong passion for video games and gaming culture across multiple platformsExperience successfully launching and supporting products or campaignsExcellent English communication and copywriting skillsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and performance dataCreative thinker capable of developing innovative and realistic marketing initiativesStrong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to work autonomouslyExcellent collaboration and stakeholder management abilitiesNice to haveKnowledge of Disney and Pixar IPsExperience working with external partners, agencies, or platform holdersPrevious experience in mobile or live-service gamesFamiliarity with player engagement, retention, and monetization strategiesWhat we are looking forA proactive and creative marketer who enjoys building impactful campaignsSomeone data-driven who can combine creativity with business objectivesA collaborative team player passionate about games and entertainmentA self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional environment
