Job Description
We’re looking for a Programmatic Partnerships Manager to join a growing team at Overwolf. This individual will own and scale our programmatic partnerships, driving revenue growth through optimization, strong partner relationships, and operational excellence.As a Programmatic Partnerships Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end relationships with DSPs, SSPs, and monetization partners, take full ownership of programmatic revenue performance, and work closely with internal stakeholders to improve yield, product offerings, and partner success through data-driven decision-making and joint planning.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute Overwolf’s programmatic partnership strategy with SSPs, DSPs, and monetization partnersOwn programmatic revenue performance, targets, and partner-level KPIsMonitor daily performance metrics, proactively identifying optimization, growth, and risk areasDrive ongoing yield optimization across programmatic demand sourcesManage operational success of partnerships, including integrations, troubleshooting, and campaign setupAnalyze large datasets to uncover monetization insights and growth opportunitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and operations teams to improve programmatic offerings
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in programmatic advertisingStrong understanding of AdTech ecosystems, including DSPs, SSPs, programmatic video/display, and yield optimizationPublisher or ad network experienceStrong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsProven experience managing partners or customers and driving performanceExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Highly autonomous, proactive, and ownership-driven, with experience working with international partners
