Social & Influencer Marketing Lead

A fast-growing wellness brand is seeking a Social & Influencer Marketing Lead to manage day-to-day social execution, influencer programs, and community engagement across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Working closely with the founder and Head of Marketing, this role will translate science-backed education and leadership content into high-performing social assets while maintaining the brand’s credibility and authority in neuroscience and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day social execution across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook

  • Build and manage a social content calendar aligned with broader marketing campaigns

  • Manage influencer outreach, product seeding, and creator partnerships

  • Support and amplify founder-led content, including educational videos and Instagram Lives

  • Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and audience insights

  • Repurpose long-form educational content into short-form social assets

  • Maintain consistent brand voice, visual quality, and scientific credibility

  • Build systems, trackers, and SOPs to improve content and influencer workflows

Ideal Candidate

  • 4–7+ years in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing

  • Highly organized and systems-oriented

  • Comfortable working directly with executive leadership and founders

  • Experience managing creator partnerships and influencer campaigns

  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging content

  • Background or interest in wellness, movement, fitness, or health industries
