WHY THIS JOB EXIST 

 

  • To provide strategic planning and digital marketing support across new business and existing clients 
  • To support the APAC team in developing effective strategies, proposals, and presentations 
  • To contribute market insights, innovation, and performance-driven strategies for Greenpark clients 

 

REPORTING & COMMUNICATION STRUCTURE 

 

  • This role reports to and advises the Hiring Manager (for the respective projects/ accounts). 

 

 

 
 

 

 

 

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Strategy & Planning 

  • Develop digital and content strategies aligned with client business objectives 
  • Provide strategic input on campaign planning, content direction, and channel approach 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Creative, Social, and SEO teams 
  • Act as a strategic sounding board for campaign ideas, proposals, and optimizations 

Research & Insights 

  • Conduct market, audience, and trend research to inform strategy development 
  • Monitor digital marketing trends, platform updates, and consumer behavior  
  • Collect and analyze data to inspire strategic and creative concepts 
  • Translate insights into clear strategic frameworks and recommendations 

Business Support & Proposals 

  • Support new business initiatives through strategic inputs, pitch decks, and proposals 
  • Develop presentation materials and strategic documentation for client pitches 

Deliverables & Performance Support 

  • Digital and content strategy frameworks 
  • Campaign and audience planning decks 
  • Work with Social and SEO teams to interpret performance reports and campaign results 
  • Provide strategic analysis, insights, and optimization recommendations 
  • Ensure strategic outputs are aligned with agreed KPIs and business goals 

Client & Internal Collaboration 

  • Participate in client meetings, presentations, and strategy discussions as needed 
  • Attend relevant internal meetings related to strategy development and project alignment 
  • Support client services teams with strategic guidance on account growth and planning 
  • Help shape strategic narratives for external presentations and workshops 

Further Responsibilities

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all company and client information
