This role requires strong hands-on experience in retail sales management, with a proven ability to drive sell-out growth, strengthen customer partnerships, and elevate in-store brand execution across highly competitive retail environments.You will own end-to-end commercial performance across offline channels, spanning portfolio strategy, pricing discipline, promotion planning, retail visibility, and in-store execution excellence. The role calls for strong commercial judgment, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable and scalable growth.This position will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, GTM, Finance, and Merchandising teams, while also partnering with key retail accounts to drive category growth and strengthen Logitech’s market leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn designated offline channel and key account performance, delivering ST, sell-out, profitability, and category growth targetsDevelop and execute retail business strategies across key accounts, including assortment planning, promotion execution, and growth initiativesDrive in-store visibility and retail execution excellence, ensuring consistent brand presentation, POSM deployment, display quality, and consumer experiencePartner closely with customers to strengthen business relationships, identify growth opportunities, and improve overall retail performanceLead key retail campaigns, seasonal promotions, and store-level activation plans to maximize sell-out performanceEnsure strong pricing discipline and channel governance, maintaining healthy channel relationships and protecting brand positioningAnalyze ST & sell-out performance, inventory status, market trends, and customer insights to support forecasting, business reviews, and strategic planningCollaborate closely with Marketing, GTM, and Distribution teams to support new product launches, retail programs, and category expansion opportunitiesManage trade spend and channel investment budgets, including allocation, tracking, post-activity evaluation, and optimizationIdentify new retail opportunities, partnership models, and expansion initiatives to grow overall offline business scale and profitabilitySupport retail capability enhancement through store training, execution tracking, and field engagement initiativesKey Qualifications1. 8+ years of experience in retail sales, offline channel management, key account management, or consumer electronics-related industries2. Strong understanding of Taiwan retail landscape and key offline retail channels3. Proven experience in driving sell-out growth, retail execution, and channel-level commercial operations4. Strong commercial acumen with solid analytical, forecasting, and business planning capabilities5. Hands-on, proactive, and execution-oriented mindset with strong ownership mentality6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly competitive environment7. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams8.
