At Greenlight, we believe every child should have the opportunity to become financially healthy and happy. It’s no small task, and that’s why we leap out of bed every morning to come to work. Because creating a better, brighter future for the next generation depends on it.

Greenlight is looking for a strategic and technically skilled Marketing Technology Manager to join our growing marketing team. This cross-functional role sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology—helping us build, optimize, and maintain a modern marketing stack that drives measurable results. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing operations, analytics, engineering, and external vendors to ensure tools and technologies are properly integrated and support business growth.

This role reports to the VP, Growth Marketing.

Your day-to-day:

    • Own and optimize the marketing technology stack, including platforms like marketing automation (e.g., Marketo, Pardot), analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Segment), CMS, and ABM platforms, and tracking.
    • Support campaign execution by providing martech infrastructure, user segmentation, lead scoring, tracking implementation, and audience targeting across digital channels.
    • Manage integrations between marketing systems and other tools such as customer databases, ad platforms, and sales tools—ensuring data flows seamlessly and securely.
    • Partner with Marketing and Data/Engineering teams to define and implement tracking, attribution models, dashboards, and performance reports.
    • Evaluate new tools and technologies, making recommendations to improve efficiency, personalization, and campaign performance.
    • Ensure data hygiene and compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) across marketing systems and databases.
    • Lead troubleshooting and support related to marketing technology usage, bugs, and vendor communication.
    • Create documentation and internal training to drive adoption and ensure best practices across the organization.

What you’ll bring to the team:

    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing tools like Segment, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Snowflake, Tableau, Applifier, Braze, Salesforce, Marketo, Airflow, Hightouch, RockerBox, Northbeam, Adobe, and analytics platforms.
    • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JavaScript tracking, and data integration concepts; ability to work with engineers and translate business needs into tech requirements.
    • Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with attribution modeling, UTM tracking, and multi-touch reporting; comfortable using SQL or BI tools is a plus.
    • Project Management: Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing vendor relationships.
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align martech decisions with broader marketing and business goals.
    • Compliance Awareness: Understanding of data privacy regulations and implications for marketing data.
    • Collaboration & Communication: Clear communicator who can work effectively across teams and explain complex systems in a digestible way.
