The role will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition campaigns to support global game launches.Requirements 5 years of experience in User Acquisition with a strong focus on mobile game marketing. Proven track record of managing and scaling UA campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other mobile ad networks. Deep understanding of mobile game marketing metrics and growth strategies, including CPI, LTV, ROAS, retention, and conversion funnels. Hands-on experience with Mobile Measurement Partners (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) and marketing analytics tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies. Effective communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams and external partners. Passion for gaming with a strong understanding of player behavior, motivations, and market trends.ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead the global user acquisition strategy across multiple game titles and markets. Define UA budget allocation, channel mix, and scaling strategy based on CPI, LTV, ROAS, and growth targets. Develop UA plans across different stages of the game lifecycle (soft launch, launch, and live operations). Identify scaling opportunities and adjust strategies in real time to maximize growth efficiency. Drive creative iteration and A/B testing strategies to improve ad performance and campaign scalability. Analyze marketing performance data and translate insights into actionable growth strategies. Develop dashboards and performance reports to track campaign efficiency and ROI. Collaborate with product, analytics, marketing, and creative teams to align UA strategies with game goals. Manage relationships with external agencies, advertising partners, and marketing platforms. Pre-Requisites :Razer is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
