We’re searching for an Affiliate Manager to drive affiliate revenue growth through strategic partnerships and high-impact monetization initiatives. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to secure industry-leading deals, unlock new revenue streams across global markets, and turn traffic into scalable business results.

Tasks

  • Drive affiliate revenue by securing high-value CPA, RevShare, and hybrid partnerships with exchanges, brokers, and crypto platforms.
  • Negotiate exclusive and above-market partnership terms that maximize long-term value.
  • Develop geo-specific monetization strategies across 26 markets to increase revenue per region.
  • Audit, optimize, and scale affiliate placements, funnels, and conversion paths across web, newsletters, and social channels.
  • Analyze EPC, conversion rates, and traffic performance to continuously improve monetization efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Sales to align partnership strategy with revenue goals.
  • Represent the company at major industry events and build strong relationships with affiliate partners.
  • Perform additional tasks and projects aligned with business needs.

Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of experience in crypto or forex affiliate partnerships (affiliate network or publisher/media side).
  • Have a strong network of affiliate managers at leading crypto exchanges, broker networks, and crypto product companies.
  • Have hands-on experience negotiating CPA, RevShare, and hybrid deals and understand geo-specific rate benchmarks.
  • Are fluent with affiliate tracking platforms (Impact, Tune/HasOffers, Awin, in-house systems) and attribution models.
  • Have a strong analytical mindset and confidently work with EPC, conversion metrics, and performance optimization.
  • Are fluent in English; additional languages such as Russian, Portuguese, Japanese, German, or Spanish are a strong advantage.
  • Confidently use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) for research, outreach, competitive analysis, and deal benchmarking.
  • Are curious, proactive, and adaptable, always eager to learn.
  • Focus on solutions and measurable results.
  • Have a strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and Web3.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with both crypto-native and TradFi/forex broker affiliate programs.
  • Confidence working with dashboards, tracking pixels, attribution tools, UTMs, postbacks, and API integrations.
  • WordPress skills — ability to manage landing pages and support conversion optimization independently.
  • Willingness to attend 4–6 major industry events per year where networking drives partnership success.

You’ll start in the Operations Team, ensuring smooth execution and performance of affiliate initiatives, and later transition into the Sales Team, where partnerships become a core revenue engine.
Your managers will be Arina Drobysheva (Operations stage) and Alevtina Labyuk (Sales stage).
