About the Role:

Join our team as a Customer Planning Specialist, assisting clients by organizing vacation plans and coordinating detailed itineraries in a remote environment. In this role, you will support individuals and families by helping them organize their vacation details, coordinate reservations, and ensure that all itinerary elements are clearly documented and easy to follow. Your focus will be on organization, accuracy, and maintaining a structured planning process.

As a Customer Planning Specialist, you will assist with organizing vacation arrangements that may include accommodations, transportation, and scheduled activities. Many plans involve multiple steps and coordination points, so attention to detail and workflow management are essential. You will help ensure that confirmations are accurate and timelines are clearly structured.

You will also maintain communication by providing updates and ensuring that all planning information is clear and accessible.
