Job Description
VirtueStaff is seeking a versatile and tech-savvy GoHighLevel and Web Specialist to support our client. This role is a unique blend of technical systems management, web maintenance, and high-level administrative support. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing our patient acquisition funnel by maintaining our GoHighLevel infrastructure and ensuring our WordPress website remains up-to-date. As you settle into the role, you will also take on creative responsibilities to enhance our social media presence and brand engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the setup, workflow building, and ongoing maintenance of the GoHighLevel platform to automate practice operations
- Perform regular page edits and updates on the company WordPress website to ensure content accuracy and optimal user experience
- Provide general administrative assistance to ensure the smooth daily operation of the practice
- Utilize Canva to design digital assets and eventually manage and execute social media posting schedules across various platforms
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows between the website, CRM, and patient communication channels
- Expert proficiency in GoHighLevel setup, including building complex automated workflows and triggers
- Strong ability to manage WordPress backend, including page editing and content updates
- Proficiency in Canva for creating professional-grade social media and marketing graphics
- Familiarity with the technical requirements and posting best practices for major social media channels
- Previous experience working within the medical industry is preferred
- Background in social media management or digital marketing is highly preferred
- Solid experience providing administrative support in a professional office environment
