Role Overview

The Sales & Client Onboarding Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation to signed contracts and smooth handoffs to operations. This position is responsible for managing inbound leads, preparing proposals, tracking contracts, and coordinating post-sales processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at optimizing sales workflows for efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Contract Management

  • Prepare, send, and track contracts for signatures, ensuring timely execution.

  • Maintain a structured system for contract storage and retrieval.

  • Follow up on outstanding contracts to minimize delays in the sales process.

2. Proposal Creation

  • Review sales call recordings and create tailored proposals that align with client needs.

  • Maintain a database of proposal templates for efficiency.

  • Ensure proposals are sent within the expected timeframe and track follow-ups.

3. Inbound Lead Management

  • Respond to all inbound leads promptly and qualify prospects based on predefined criteria.

  • Schedule and coordinate sales calls with the appropriate team members.

4. Sales Handoff Coordination
