Screenverse is building the largest network of digital screens in the physical world, simplifying the Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising experience for both buyers and media owners. The Opportunity
Screenverse's supply business is set for exponential growth, making the Supply Account Manager a critical and highly visible role. This position is the primary post-sales point of contact for our valued media owner partners (Supply Partners).
Acting as a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for ensuring our partners realize maximum value, revenue, and impact from the Screenverse platform. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who wants to take ownership of key relationships and grow rapidly alongside our scaling supply business in 2026 and beyond.
What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities are similar to a traditional Customer Success role, focused on partner value realization and revenue optimization:
Strategic Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain deep, trusted, and long-lasting relationships with key contacts and executives across your portfolio of supply partners (media owners).
Revenue Performance & Yield Optimization: Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) and reporting sessions focused on maximizing partner yield, inventory performance, and overall revenue growth within the programmatic channel.
Impact Reporting & Analysis: Develop and present comprehensive reports that clearly articulate the value, revenue lift, product impact, and market intelligence Screenverse provides to each partner.
Product Adoption & Feature Utilization: Drive the adoption of new Screenverse product features, tools, and technical integrations to ensure partners are fully leveraging the capabilities of our platform.
Voice of the Partner (VOP): Serve as the internal advocate for your partners. Gather feedback, market intelligence, and competitive insights, communicating them effectively to our Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to inform future strategy and roadmap.
Onboarding & Escalation Management: Ensure smooth post-integration support and act as the first point of escalation for commercial, technical, and operational issues, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver timely resolution.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Partner Management, or a directly equivalent client/partner-facing role.
Industry Knowledge: Proven ability to manage complex relationships, ideally within the AdTech, MarTech, Programmatic, or Digital Media space. Knowledge of Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) is a significant plus.
Analytical Skillset: Highly proficient in data analysis, reporting, and using tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, BI tools) to tell a clear, concise story about performance and value.
Growth Mindset: A strong desire to join a small, dynamic team and contribute meaningfully to rapid organizational growth, particularly as our supply business scales quickly.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting complex data and strategies to both technical and executive audiences.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
Familiarity with Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) or other ad inventory monetization technology.
Experience with ticketing/CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).

Salary
Salary range is $100,000 - $120,000 USD. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The actual base pay for the successful candidate in the role is dependent upon many factors, such as location, transferable, or job related skills, work experience, relevant training, business needs, and market demands. The salary range may be subject to change.
