About the Role:
The Vacation & Romance Consultant supports clients by organizing vacations and special experience planning through structured coordination and careful attention to detail. In this role, you will assist clients by helping them review options, organize planning details, and manage timelines so each experience is clearly documented and easy to follow. Your focus will be on organization, accuracy, and clear communication while supporting clients throughout the planning process. You will coordinate accommodations, experience options, scheduling considerations, and planning timelines while following established workflows and quality standards. This position is centered on coordination and client support and is not sales driven. The role is fully remote and designed for individuals who are comfortable working independently while adhering to defined processes and expectations. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure you understand systems, expectations, and planning procedures before supporting clients. Ongoing professional guidance is available to help you remain organized, confident, and consistent in your responsibilities. This role is well suited for individuals who enjoy managing meaningful experiences and contributing to smooth and reliable planning outcomes.
