Principal Product Manager

That’s where you come in!As a Principal Product Manager, you will own the rebuilding of game data systems that feed our customer-facing suite of game tools available on D&D Beyond. You will also be working with software engineers and D&D game designers to model the tabletop game systems needed for play. You will define the product vision, requirements, and partner engagement strategy to build a flexible, scalable engine that will drive outstanding player and Dungeon Master experiences for years to come!What You'll Do:Own and drive the vision, customer strategy, and long-term goals for your product.Work with engineering, UX design, game design, and others to build and iterate upon your product. Define and manage the product roadmap, identifying critical milestones and dependencies to keep releases on schedule.Define the engagement strategy and work with partners across multiple teams and functional areas. Conduct customer research and solicit community feedback.Define how we measure success. Own defining and reporting on critical metrics, recommendations that use data to optimize them, and execution of those optimizations.What You'll Bring:The ideal candidate has a mix of long-term thinking, autonomy, technical skill, and experience with D&D or related products.7+ years of technology product management experience – mobile app development is essentialD2C apps production experienceExperience in defining product and feature requirements, as well as the corresponding performance indicators Experience with feature delivery and trade-offsExperience with end-to-end product deliveryStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility and desire to work in a diverse team Ability to incorporate data into day-to-day decision-makingBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferredReally Nice to Have:Experience with tabletop RPGs, including Dungeons & DragonsExperience with sophisticated data modelling and schema creationSoftware development or similar experienceTo play to win, you will be a champion of our Leadership Values:Knowing is Half the Battle (Informed)Break the Mold (Innovation)Take Charge (Ownership)Be Legendary (Ambition)Friendship is Magic (Teamwork)The Matrix of Leadership (Role Model)Gross annual salary range: 260,000 – 390,000 PLN, depending on skills and experience.15% annual PRP bonus incentive.
