We take pride in our craftsmanship, strong focus on outcomes, and continuous improvement, building high-quality, scalable games that players around the world love.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Product Director to lead product management for a portfolio of backend systems, client-facing APIs, internal admin tools, and internal SDKs used across multiple game teams and studios.This is primarily a product leadership role with direct management responsibility for several TPMs. You will align priorities across stakeholders, guide roadmap decisions, and ensure our backend platforms and SDKs remain effective, scalable, and useful for internal customers. This role is mostly a leadership / organizational role which may require some hands-on product work.You should be comfortable operating in a fast-moving mobile game development environment, bringing clarity, pace, and pragmatism rather than bureaucracy.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and develop a team of TPMs and a Technical WriterOwn prioritization and roadmap alignment across multiple backend systems, APIs, admin panels, and internal SDKsCoordinate across engineering teams, game teams, and studio stakeholders to ensure clear priorities and strong executionDrive a pragmatic, agile, low-friction way of workingHelp shape product direction for internal platforms that support multiple game teamsEnsure systems are reliable and fit for the needs of internal customersImprove stakeholder satisfaction, collaboration, and adoption of platform capabilitiesStep into hands-on product work where needed, especially for high-priority cross-team topicsEncourage effective use of AI tools to improve speed, quality, and day-to-day executionRequired Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseStrong experience in product management or product leadership for backend platforms, internal systems, APIs, or SDKsExperience managing a teamStrong personal use of AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-makingExperience working closely with backend or SDK developmentStrong stakeholder management and prioritization skills across multiple teamsClear, direct, open communication styleProactive, pragmatic, low-ego leadershipAgile mindset and comfort with changing prioritiesAbility to reduce friction, not add process for its own sakeEnough technical fluency to work credibly with engineers and make sound trade-off decisionsTechnical fluency expectedYou do not need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable with core technical concepts such as:APIs and client-server interactionsSDKs and developer workflowsExperience of working with complex distributed systems and managing interdependencies between those systemsbackend architecture, dependencies, and integration trade-offsThis role suits someone who is curious, adaptable, automation-minded, and able to turn emerging AI practices into practical commercial value.Working at Tripledot25 days paid holiday in addition to bank holidays to relax and refresh throughout the yearHybrid Working: We work in the office 3 days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and a third day of your choice. 20 days remote working: Work from anywhere in the world, or use the time to cover mandatory office days to WFH, 20 days of the year.Daily Free Lunch: when in the office you get £12 every day to order from JustEat.
