Together, we develop strategic recommendations, create business cases for new product initiatives, and refine product positioning and messaging. Your Opportunity for Impact: The Senior Product Strategy Analyst will play a crucial role in shaping our overall product strategy by closely monitoring and analyzing market developments, identifying strategic opportunities, and assessing the competitive landscape, with a particular focus on AI and automation technologies. This role involves generating insights to inform product strategy, evaluating market opportunities, and working cross-functionally to ensure alignment with business goals. 

You will: 

  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive offerings, with a strong focus on AI and automation technologies.
  • Evaluate product-market fit and identify opportunities to better meet customer needs and differentiate in the market.
  • Develop strategic recommendations based on market research, competitive analysis, and product performance.
  • Build business cases for new product initiatives using advanced financial modeling, including ROI, cost-benefit, and risk analysis.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to refine product positioning and messaging.
  • Support go-to-market strategy development, ensuring product launches align with market needs and opportunities. 

What You’ll Need to be Successful 

  • 3–5 years of experience in product strategy, product marketing, competitive analysis, consulting, or a related role.
  • Proven experience analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies, particularly AI and automation.
  • Strong expertise in business case development and financial modeling, including ROI and cost-benefit analysis.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, including the ability to present technical or strategic concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong relationship management skills and comfort partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment preferred.

Compensation Transparency 

The compensation range for this position is: $111,000 - $130,000

The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings, base salary and variable if applicable. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations.
