Our client is entering its next phase of global growth and is seeking a Senior Amazon Operations & Inventory Lead to own and optimize end-to-end operational execution across all Amazon marketplaces.

This is not a task-based operations role. This is a strategic, hands-on operator who will act as the internal owner of inventory health, fulfillment efficiency, cost control, and operational performance across a global omnichannel business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end inventory health across all Amazon marketplaces (US + international)
  • Build and manage FBA shipment plans and replenishment strategies
  • Monitor sell-through, WOC, and inbound performance
  • Manage aged, excess, stranded, and unsellable inventory
  • Audit and recover FBA reimbursements and fee discrepancies
  • Identify and eliminate operational cost leakage
  • Coordinate 3PLs, freight (LTL/FTL/Ocean/Air), and cross-border logistics
  • Ensure FBA compliance (prep, labeling, packaging standards)
  • Resolve operational issues through Seller Central case management
  • Build dashboards, reports, and SOPs to improve operational efficiency
  • Partner cross-functionally to align demand planning, promotions, and supply

    • 3–7+ years of Amazon Seller Central (3P) experience
    • Deep expertise in FBA and FBM operations
    • Proven ownership of inventory health and replenishment strategy
    • Experience managing aged, stranded, and unsellable inventory
    • Strong background in FBA reimbursements and fee audits
    • Multi-marketplace experience (US required; international preferred)
    • Experience coordinating 3PLs and global freight (LTL, FTL, Ocean, Air)
    • Familiarity with cross-border fulfillment and customs processes
    • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling)
    • Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite a strong plus)
    • Strong Seller Central case management and escalation experience
    • Ability to audit operations, identify cost leakage, and build scalable processes
    • Comfortable in fast-paced, scaling environments
    • Fluent English with strong written communication skills
