Position Available: Post-Production Coordinator
Location: Vietnam (100% REMOTE)
Reporting to: Headquarters in Vancouver, British Columbia
Role Overview:
Rove Concepts is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Post-Production Coordinator to
support our operational workflows and product development processes. This role plays an important
part in ensuring production activities run efficiently after orders are placed and throughout the product
lifecycle.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable managing multiple priorities
simultaneously, and works closely with cross-functional teams to keep production timelines on track.
Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
This role works closely with our headquarters team in Vancouver, so candidates must be comfortable
working with daily communication, clear reporting, and regular collaboration with an international team.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders, working with manufacturers and internal teams to resolve delays or issues
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Monitor production progress, quality standards, and inventory levels to meet customer demand and company goals
- Communicate regularly with suppliers and vendors to track order status and ensure on-time delivery of materials and finished goods
- Maintain detailed records of production schedules, supplier communications, and quality assurance checks
- Identify and address potential bottlenecks or challenges in the production process, recommending solutions to keep operations running smoothly
- Assist with forecasting and planning based on sales trends and inventory data
- Support the Product Development team in executing new product launches and ensuring production timelines are met
- Assist with sourcing new suppliers and materials, including requesting quotations, reviewing samples, and evaluating production capabilities
- Support product development initiatives by coordinating sampling, revisions, and supplier communication throughout the development lifecycle
What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in furniture manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, or a related industry
- Experience supporting product sourcing or development processes
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Knowledge of production workflows and supply chain processes, with strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances
- Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software is an asset
- A passion for design and craftsmanship is a plus
