AQA Engineer

We’re seeking an exceptional Automation Engineer to own and evolve our testing, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation. You’ll ensure our production system stays reliable, scalable, and that we have the capacity to deliver with confidence. This role is the backbone of our engineering velocity.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to tackle complex infrastructure challenges.
• Autonomous player who can take ownership and drive solutions independently.
• Overall 5+ years in software/DevOps/automation engineering.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms (CircleCI, GitHub Actions, or equivalent).
• Experience with testing agentic systems.
• Experience with using agentic tools to test systems.
• Strong Python scripting skills for test automation and tooling.
• Kubernetes experience: Docker, Helm, EKS, pod lifecycle, resource management.
• AWS experience: EKS, ECR, S3, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, WAF.
• Testing frameworks: pytest, async testing, mocking strategies, E2E test design.
• Production system experience: monitoring (Datadog), error tracking (Sentry), alerting, incident response.
• Super important — Get shit done attitude, curiosity, and proactive mindset.

Will be a plus

• Experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL in production environments

Responsibilities

• End-to-end testing frameworks for our AI-powered agentic pipeline — covering UI, unit, integration, API, regression testing and automated smoke testing.
• CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI + GitHub Actions) orchestrating build, test, deploy, and evaluation
  workflows.
• Automated regression and evaluation systems that benchmark agentic system quality and
  performance at scale.
