About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our digital advertising team and lead rigorous testing across diverse campaign initiatives. In this role, you will architect and implement QA policies and procedures that ensure all digital ads and email campaigns meet premier quality standards. This position offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to drive continuous improvement and process optimization at scale.

  • 3+ years of experience as a QA Specialist or in an Ad-Ops/Account Coordination role.
  • Practical knowledge of the components of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Email Marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
  • Exceptional attention to detail; you are the person who catches the broken link, the typo in the CTA, or the incorrect UTM tag that everyone else missed.
  • Solid understanding of link structures, UTM tracking, and cross-device web rendering.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for reporting metrics and discussing solutions with senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to maintain high-quality standards while meeting a consistent 2-business-day turnaround for campaign deliverables.

    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or ISTQB.
  • Experience with project management tools.
