Job Description

Ready to launch your career in Quality Assurance? If you are eager to master the skills needed to test applications, detect critical bugs, and consistently deliver high-quality products, this is your opportunity. This program is specifically designed to guide aspiring QA professionals who just need the right place to start.

We are a dynamic team focused on building cutting-edge web applications for exciting early-stage startups (MVPs), guaranteeing a job full of diverse and engaging challenges while we craft innovative solutions. Our core tech stack includes React, React Native, Node.js, and TypeScript.

Start Date: As soon as possible
Time: 6 hours/day, 3/4 time, for 3 months with the possibility of extending the cooperation
Work mode: Remote or hybrid (Wrocław office available)
Contract & Compensation: Mandate Contract & 4300 PLN/month brutto

We do not expect experience or in-depth knowledge of testing. We are looking for someone who:

Is curious and thinks critically: always looks for shortcomings and asks questions like “what would happen if...”,
Likes to ask questions about why things are the way they are,
Can describe things clearly: You can document your findings in an understandable way so that others (developers, Product Owners) can easily understand them,
Has a strong interest in manual testing and quality assurance within the development process, not programming

Requirements:

Strong collaboration skills - you will work closely with the team on a daily basis
Basic knowledge in manual testing and learning QA processes (non-commercial/personal projects)
Interest and willing to learn about software development and testing
Openness to AI & automations tools
Good organization, but without fear of chaos
Good knowledge of English (minimum B2) and excellent knowledge of Polish (minimum C1)
Bonus points for: ISTQB knowledge
You have a student status

Your future tasks and duties:

Close cooperation with experienced QA
Assistance in designing tests and implementing web applications for external clients
Assist in manual testing, bug reporting
Working closely with Developers, Proxy Product Owner, and Product Designers to assure high quality
Focusing on quality-oriented rather than defect-oriented testing
