Job Description
We are looking for a creative ATE Test Engineering Manager. NVIDIA has continuously reinvented itself for three decades. In 1999, we invented the GPU, which fueled the PC gaming market's growth. You will be exposed to various aspects of building and testing NVIDIA products, from chips to assembled boards. In addition, your responsibilities will include working with overseas manufacturing teams to increase yields, test coverage and capacity, and reducing production costs. If you are passionate about building the highest quality products that will change the world, then we would love to learn more about you.What you'll be doing: Lead a team of hardworking engineers developing test and automation solutionsDefine test strategies/roadmap and find opportunities for improvementDrive cross-functional workflow improvements including automation, simulation, and AIProvide technical mentorship and strategic direction for the teamDevelop and track KPIs to measure test process effectiveness and efficiencyCollaborate cross-functionally to drive new product development and introduction activitiesSupport other projects as needed by management or as business needs evolveWhat we need to see:Bachelor Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience).8+ years of relevant experience ATE testing (emphasis on SRAM testing); 4 years of experience of leading a teamWorking knowledge and hands-on experience with Advantest 93K ATE platform (SmarTest 8) is criticalCritical thinking, good communication, leadership and collaboration skillsExcellent debugging and analytical skillsUnderstanding of DFT insertion techniques including SCAN, ATPG, MBIST and IOBIST.Ways to stand out from the crowd:Knowledge of active thermal managementProduct engineering experience, such as yield analysis, vmin/fmax characterization, defect analysisAbility and desire to work in a highly collaborative, fast-paced team environmentTeradyne UFlex experienceExperience with AI-assisted workflow using Cursor, Claude and ChatGPT to enhance efficiency of everyday workOffering attractive salaries along with a generous benefits package, NVIDIA is widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most sought-after employers.
