GrowthAssistant is hiring a Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist (QA & Trafficking) to ensure the flawless execution and technical accuracy of high-stakes digital ad campaigns. This remote, full-time role is designed for detail-oriented Filipino professionals who enjoy the technical "behind-the-scenes" work of ad-tech and thrive in a precision-driven environment.
You will serve as the final line of defense, performing meticulous QA checks across DSPs (primarily Audiomatic and Basis) to ensure every pixel, tag, and targeting segment is perfectly aligned before launch.

- Rigorous Campaign QA: Perform checklist-based audits of flight dates, inventory sources, audience segments, brand safety, and geo-targeting.
- Asset Trafficking: Upload creatives and implement accurate swaps based on creative grids; manage third-party measurement tags (e.g., audio attribution).
- Technical Coordination: Pull platform pixels, coordinate placement with stakeholders, and confirm signals/pings are firing correctly.
- Pacing & Delivery Monitoring: Run daily/weekly checks to ensure spend is on track; identify "fat-finger" risks and delivery issues before they impact performance.
- Launch Management: Maintain launch calendars and track down missing inputs (assets/approvals) from strategists to ensure on-time starts.
- Process Documentation: Maintain and improve QA checklists, geo lists, and tag matrices to keep operations seamless during high-volume periods.

Must-Have Qualifications
- 1+ years of programmatic experience specifically within a DSP environment.
- 2+ years of experience in campaign setup, QA, or trafficking in digital ad platforms.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of tracking infrastructure (pixels/tags), ad-tech implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Extreme Attention to Detail: A "detective" mindsetāyou enjoy finding the tiny errors in complex geo lists or tag mappings.
- Spreadsheet Skills: Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivots, data entry, basic formulas).
- Operational Reliability: Ability to work Pacific Time (PST) business hours and follow strict process checklists.

- Experience with Audio or CTV programmatic buys.
- Familiarity with Audiomatic, Basis, or Podscribe.
- Experience managing complex, multi-flight geo changes and large-scale creative grids.
- Experience with brand safety and inventory controls.
