Tilt Finance, Inc. based in San Francisco, CA seeks a Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer (remote).

Duties: Develop, maintain, and integrate automated test scripts and tools into CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, test plans, and detailed test cases. Perform manual, performance, load, and stress testing to ensure system reliability. Identify, document, and track defects while working with developers on resolutions. Ensure testability and quality through code reviews and contributions. Analyze test results, optimize processes, and stay updated on industry trends. Work with cross-functional teams to maintain quality across development and communicate testing progress effectively. Configure and maintain test environments, configs and data. Identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards. Fully remote. Domestic travel for company offsites is expected at a minimum 2 times a year.


Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and 4 years of expertise in Mobile and/or REST API manual testing. Must also possess: 4 years of expertise in REST API automation in Python/JavaScript, etc; 3 years of experience with Python, Bash scripting; 3 years of experience with CI/CD, DevOps in cloud platforms like Azure/AWS; 3 years of experience with API Performance and Load Testing; and 3 years of experience within an Agile Continuous Delivery team. Domestic travel for company offsites is expected at a minimum 2 times a year. Must successfully complete competency-based interview. Salary range is between $138,445.00 to $186,300.00 per year.
