Job Description

 Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks

(UI, API, and mobile).

 Write and execute complex automated test scripts using

tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar.

 Perform hands-on testing (functional, regression,

integration, performance, security) when needed to ensure

release readiness.

 Conduct API and backend testing (Postman, RestAssured,

SQL queries, stored procedures validation).

 Investigate production issues, perform root cause analysis,

and propose permanent fixes.

Optimize test execution pipelines within CI/CD (Jenkins,

Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).

 Ensure non-functional testing (performance, load, security)

is embedded into delivery cycles.

 Develop reusable test components and share them across

teams.

 Act as the technical escalation point for QA team

members, guiding them in troubleshooting and debugging.

Design Consistency:

Adherence to design systems

and usability standards across

products.

 User Satisfaction:

Improvement in customer

feedback, usability scores, or

NPS.

 Delivery: % of design

deliverables completed on time

and integrated into product

releases.
