Verification Engineer

NVIDIA is seeking to hire an experienced ASIC verification engineer to verify the design and implementation of the world’s leading SoC's and CPU's. Being part of this team enables one to work on the cutting edge of CPU and SoC architecture !What you’ll be doing:Define the verification scope, develop the verification infrastructure and verify the correctness of the design at cluster and full chip level across multiple projects.You will work alongside brilliant engineers on state of the art processor technologies and verification infraWork with architects, RTL designers, FPGA, emulation engineers to ensure that verification requirements are met for each project.You will be involved with post-silicon bring-up, verification and debugWhat we need to see:Exposure to verification tools (VCS or equivalent simulation tools, debug tools like Debussy, GDB) desirableSystem Verilog, UVM, System C. experience desirableC/C++ programming, Perl/Python scripting language experience desirableGood debugging and problem solving skills.Good interpersonal skills and ability & desire to work as a team player are a mustStrong knowledge on basic concepts of CPU or SoC architecture and verification architectureExperience with verification infrastructure of SoCs with embedded processors or CPU is desirable.BS / MS with 2+ years of experienceWays to stand out from the crowd:You have worked on various pieces of the verification pipeline breadthwiseIn-depth understanding of Verification TB architecture.Experience of collaborating with geographically diverse cross-functional teamsAbility to identify and handle hard-to-solve problems in verification and programming.With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the technology world’s most desirable employers.
