Job Description

Mission:
- Collaborate with the team to define design requirements in support of digital products.
- Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, specifications, and other UX design deliverables.
- Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors.
- Ensure consistency in design by adhering to brand guidelines and design systems.
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and other multidisciplinary team members.
- Own design problems end-to-end, from initial concept through to delivery and beyond.
Requirements:
- Experience in solving and designing successful digital products and services.
- Knowledge of effective and user-centered UX design.
- Proficiency in Digital Product Design Tools: Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Principle, etc.
- Experience with prototyping tools: InVision, Figma, Origami, Axure, etc.
- Solid understanding of modern user research strategies and techniques.
- Ability to solve business challenges with design solutions.
- Knowledge of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Fluent in English.
Desired/Nice to Have Skills:
- Visual Design and Interface Design.
- Information Design.
- Storytelling and design presentation skills.
- Documentation for development handoff.
- Facilitation of team discussions that help drive towards decisions.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS for better collaboration with development teams.
