Job Description

GrowthAssistant is looking for a talented Graphic/UX Designer to join our team and support one of our US-based clients. In this role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality digital designs that align with brand guidelines while ensuring an excellent user experience across platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and use Figma to execute web, email, and social media assets. This is a great opportunity for someone with a sharp eye for design, a clear design perspective, and a strong grasp of UX principles.

Additional Information :
  • This is a contract role running until December 2025. Candidates who successfully complete the project will receive a $500 USD completion bonus.

Tasks:

  • Design and build digital assets using Figma, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
  • Create production-ready assets for web, mobile, email, and social media channels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to iterate on user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Support UX/UI needs using user-centered design principles
  • Maintain clean, organized design files and scalable systems
  • Contribute to design strategy discussions and proactively suggest improvements
     

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience using Figma in a professional setting
  • Experience in both web design and production design
  • Prior experience in brand-side digital design (in-house or direct-to-consumer brand work)
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and responsive design
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong visual design skills
  • Clear point of view on design with the ability to present and explain ideas effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working US EST hours
     

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience working with Air.inc or similar tools
