  • Ensure all designs comply with WCAG accessibility standards to ensure usability for individuals with diverse abilities
  • Present design concepts and their rationale to stakeholders, advocating for the importance of user-centered design
  • Provide feedback, mentorship, and guidance to fellow UX designers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and evolution of Roadie's Baseline design system
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the UX team’s processes, frameworks, and culture, ensuring alignment with established protocols
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve the product and design practices

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in user experience/product design across various platforms, including web, iOS, and Android
  • A strong curiosity and passion for problem-solving
  • The ability to self-manage and lead projects with minimal oversight, ensuring adherence to proper design and research processes

  • Proficiency in Figma, with the ability to create complex components and prototypes
  • A systems thinking approach, with the capability to connect insights across the entire Roadie ecosystem
  • Highly developed communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to rapidly ideate and articulate design concepts
  • The ability to clearly present design concepts to stakeholders and to incorporate feedback to refine the user experience
