About In All Media

We are a Managed Nearshore Teams provider headquartered in Austin, specializing in building and embedding high-performing software development teams. From design to deployment, we deliver customized solutions by connecting global talent with innovative client projects. Our model lets you tackle international challenges, collaborate with diverse teams, and grow your career while joining a company that values expertise, creativity, and impact.

Project Overview

In this role, you will be a critical driver of our Salesforce delivery lifecycle, supporting high-impact enterprise projects by architecting and managing seamless deployment pipelines. You will join a collaborative, fast-paced team dedicated to ensuring the stability, efficiency, and scalability of Salesforce environments. The project involves coordinating complex releases, implementing robust version control strategies, and leveraging advanced DevOps platforms like Copado. As a Salesforce Release Engineer, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between development, QA, and operations, ensuring that new features and metadata are delivered reliably and securely across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Release Management: Coordinate and execute deployment activities across multiple Salesforce environments, ensuring smooth transitions from development to production.
  • DevOps Implementation: Leverage and manage Salesforce-native DevOps platforms (like Copado, AutoRABIT, or Flosum) to automate and streamline the release lifecycle.
  • Metadata & Environment Strategy: Architect and maintain Salesforce metadata structures, manage packages, and oversee environment synchronization and change sets.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Maintenance: Implement and enforce practical Git version control, branching models, and continuous delivery concepts to maintain code integrity.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with admin, developer, and QA teams to troubleshoot deployment issues, resolve merge conflicts, and ensure release readiness.

Must-Have Skills

  • Salesforce Platform Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform, specifically focused on deployment architecture and release management.
  • DevOps & Copado Mastery: Proven hands-on experience with Copado or comparable Salesforce-native DevOps platforms (e.g., AutoRABIT, Flosum).
  • Metadata & Release Architecture: Strong expertise in Salesforce metadata structure, package management, Metadata API, DevOps Center, change sets, and environment strategy.
  • Version Control & CI/CD: Practical experience with Git version control, branching models, automated testing integration, and continuous delivery concepts.
  • Coordination & Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting capabilities paired with strong cross-functional communication skills (fluent English) to coordinate releases across technical teams.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Official Certifications: Copado Fundamentals/Advanced certifications, or Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I, Platform Administrator, DevOps Engineer).
  • Enterprise Delivery Experience: Prior experience supporting release operations in regulated or large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Quality & Test Automation: Experience integrating automated regression testing, static code analysis, and release compliance tools into deployment pipelines.

Time Zone & Collaboration

This role is 100% remote from LATAM and requires consistent overlap with teams in Central Time (CT). Flexibility is expected to accommodate key ceremonies, stand-ups, and collaborative sessions within standard Austin business hours.

Language

All interviews, documentation, and daily communication are in English.
