Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations:• Design, develop, and maintain Corsair's Marketing Technology ecosystem, enabling personalized customer experiences across web, email, mobile, and digital channels.• Implement and support Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Segment, mParticle, Twilio Engage, or similar solutions to unify customer data and power real-time personalization.• Design and implement end-to-end customer data flows across GA4, CRM, Braze, SEO platforms, eCommerce systems, and data warehouses.• Develop APIs, integrations, and event-driven services connecting marketing platforms, customer data, analytics, and business applications.• Design and maintain customer event tracking, data schemas, event taxonomies, consent management, and identity resolution across web and mobile applications.• Build and optimize Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, server-side tagging, attribution models, and custom event implementations aligned with business KPIs.• Develop and support marketing automation solutions using Braze, CRM platforms, and customer journey orchestration tools to enable advanced segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, A/B testing, and multi-channel engagement.• Integrate SEO technologies, search analytics, and web performance tools to improve organic search visibility and website performance.• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure scalable, governed, and compliant customer data pipelines supporting marketing analytics and personalization.• Develop software components, APIs, automation, and reusable services that extend and integrate the MarTech ecosystem.• Evaluate emerging MarTech platforms, AI technologies, and customer engagement tools to continuously modernize the marketing technology stack.• Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and ensure high availability, scalability, and security of MarTech applications.Essential Skills and Experience:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.• 7-10+ years of experience in Marketing Technology, Digital Engineering, or Software Engineering supporting digital marketing platforms.• Hands-on experience implementing Customer Data Platforms such as Segment, mParticle, Twilio Engage, or similar.• Strong experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, server-side tagging, and digital analytics implementation.• Experience implementing marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or similar.• Experience integrating CRM, CDP, analytics, personalization, and customer engagement platforms using APIs and event-driven architectures.• Strong programming experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, or similar languages.• Experience building REST APIs, webhooks, microservices, and cloud-native integrations.• Solid understanding of customer identity, event collection, attribution, consent management, and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).• Experience with SQL, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), CI/CD, Git, and Agile software development.• Experience with Shopify or other enterprise eCommerce platforms.• Experience with Salesforce CRM or Microsoft Dynamics.• Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or other modern data warehouse technologies.• Experience with Reverse ETL platforms.• Knowledge of SEO technologies including SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Core Web Vitals.• Experience with personalization, recommendation engines, experimentation, and A/B testing platforms.• Fluent English, both in written and speaking.
