About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates with a keen interest in product, data, and process improvement to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
  • Support product and engineering teams with clear specifications and process flows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help identify pain points and recommend solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
  • Participate in meetings and communicate updates with stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to generate insights that support decision-making and product development.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Understanding of SDLC, user stories, and requirements gathering
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Notion, Jira, or Figma.
  • Comfortable working with data; experience with SQL, Looker, Tableau, or Google Sheets modeling is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.
  • Must be based in the Philippines.

Bonus Points For:

  • A background in Computer Science or technical experience.
  • Interest in product management or software development lifecycle.
