Data Analysts and Scientists work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut. They do this by delivering smart, scalable solutions that move the business forward.We’re looking for a Data Analyst to dig into our complex databases and look for the root cause of a problem. Let's get in touch.What you'll be doingBuilding and adapting data models/ETL processes for regulatory reportingTranslating complex requirements into clear, efficient data solutionsMaintaining and improving reporting infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high data qualityWorking with Regulatory Reporting managers and business teams to align on logic and data needsMonitoring and improving data reliability, applying close attention to detailDesigning key metrics to measure different aspects of the businessMaintaining and creating new dashboards to track metrics and visualise insightsPromoting data literacy across the companyWhat you'll need3+ years of experience in a data analyst roleExperience working with finance teams within financial services/banking in IsraelProficiency with SQLKnowledge of Python or other programming languagesA background and education in a quantitative disciplineSolid mathematical and statistics knowledgeFluency in English and HebrewNice to haveAn advanced degree in a core STEM subjectExperience with additional programming languages Experience in accountingBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
