Job Description

Helpware is a global technology-driven company providing Customer Experience and Operational Support services across multiple regions.

Our Marketing Team is growing, and we are looking for a Motion-First Graphic Designer to create fast, high-quality motion content for both client projects and the Helpware brand. The role focuses on scalable production, reusable templates, and efficient motion systems, with After Effects used mainly for high-impact (“hero”) tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Create motion creatives for social media and advertising, including reels, stories, short loops, animated posts, and kinetic typography
  • Produce multiple variations for A/B testing (hooks, CTAs, formats, color schemes, and copy)
  • Adapt static designs into motion while maintaining brand consistency and visual identity
  • Develop and maintain a motion design system, including animation templates, libraries, and export presets
  • Use AI tools to accelerate production and generate variations within brand guidelines

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in English (minimum B1 required, B2 preferred)
  • Solid design fundamentals: composition, typography, color theory, and branding consistency
  • Proven experience creating motion content for social media and ads (fast-paced, performance-driven, CTA-focused)
  • Confident use of Figma and at least one fast video-editing tool (CapCut Desktop, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
  • Systems thinking: experience working with templates, reusable components, and structured workflows

Would be a plus:

  • Experience with Rive, Lottie, or template-based animation workflows
  • Background in performance creative, including testing mindset and understanding of conversion-driven design
  • After Effects experience (used primarily for high-impact/hero content, not routine production)

We offer:

  • Fully remote work (with optional access to offices in Kyiv and Lviv)
  • Competitive compensation linked to the USD/UAH exchange rate
  • Corporate learning and development opportunities
  • Work in a highly professional, experienced team.

We sincerely thank all applicants for their interest. However, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.

Please submit your CV in English along with your portfolio and salary expectations. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

We strongly encourage you to include motion examples, ideally showcasing variation sets for social media or paid advertising rather than only a showreel.
